Monitize not working or saving

I've been at this for a few days, but every time I go to Monitize and add a new ad it seems to add sucsessfully, but if I log out and log back in, it the add seems to be gone or deleted. The monitze section seems to revert back to the first set of set up steps. Even if I grab the URL from when it does work and take it to another browers window, it will not load. I don't think it is saving anywhere. This probably also explains why my ads are all blank.
