Request Error: No ad to show.

I have tried everything to get past this error. I have no clue why this is happening

"Request Error: No ad to show."

Regardless if I try fullscreen ads or native ones. None of these work.

Any help would be highly appreciated

I am on iOS by the way, latest version via cocoapods.

I work along with Princess. Thank you for providing the requested information privately.

I've tried your Ad Unit ID, on our sample app and I'm consistently getting a no fill error on my end as well. This error signifies an ad serving issue which means that there is no ads available as of the moment. Please do note that this behavior isn't controlled by the Mobile Ads SDK. With this, I would recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team as the product specialists there can better assist you in this.

Hi Martin,

Thank you for bringing this question to our attention. You can look at this section in our documents that allows you to know whatever the SDK is sending back to you so as to help understand the issue.Then look at the page that you send us to better understand each error. As for more specifics with ad loading errors, especially the no fill. The cause of it can be many things. We would need more information to try and help to pinpoint it more for you.

Hello William,

do you have an idea why I am still just getting random ads here and there and not really consistent. I barely see any ads (but the dashboard shows an ad here and there, but personally I have never seen any ad, and the error is still the same)

With regard to random ads that you are getting, SDK doesn't have control on what ads the ad inventory will provide you. For the error which is no ads, you may check this common reason for ads not showing for additional scenarios, as well as the fixes for those. As my colleague already mentioned, we recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team as the product specialists there can better assist you in this.

Unfortunately i have never met any qualified "support team" person there. Can you try out the Ids on your end to see if technically everything is setup properly?

Hi Marten,

Thank you for reaching back out to us. From what I am seeing, you are using your real Ids and that would explain why you are seeing what you are seeing, both with the impressions and no fill. There are a few things we would need to know. First, have you linked your app to your admob account? If this is not done, your ads will be limited in serving. Second, have you tested with our sample Ids? We strongly suggest starting with our Ids to make sure you have everything implemented properly. Also this helps to not get you flagged for invalid traffic.
