About GDPR when not using Admob.

Hi, If I use different mediation network like LevelPlay(ironsource) and add admob as a mediation partner there. can I use the same UMP consent message?
For example : If I use levelplay and add applovin ,Unity Ads , Admob , Chartboost as my mediation partners than do I only need to show UMP consent message (From Google) and add these mediation ad networks like this(see the image below) and publish the consent right?
so if the user consent than all these mediation partners will show Personalized Ads and if the user click manage options and than confirm choice than all ad partners will show the Non Personalized Ads Only . Is that correct?

Hello,

To your first question, yes that's correct. If the user selects "Consent" than that user will be served personalized ads. If the user goes into manage they will need to consent to the specific purposes and consent to those specific vendors. See our Ad Serving Modes doc for more information.
