Upon reviewing your concern, I understand that you are facing an issue with App open Ad. I have tried the Google sample application and I'm able to load the Ad. So could you please refer to the Google sample application. If the issue still persists then please provide the below information for further investigation.

• Ad unit ID      
• Sample project reproducing the issue
