Admob many ad requests but no impressions

Hello,

I have many ad requests but i have almost no impressions. When i am checking it is working very well at my own phone. (even though apps downloaded from google play and app store).

But for the other countries 0 impression.

Admob agi istekleri = Admob ad request

Gosterim sayisi = Impressions

Eslese orani = Match rate

Please help me to solve problem.
