Google-served ads obscuring content - I am Unable to resolve this

Greetings ,

From past 3 days this issue is displaying in my policy center of admob . I am beginner in Admob . I read all the policies . I updated my app twice and submitted for review for twice but still i am facing the issue . What should i do next . I am tired and  now what i should do i dont know , my all hard work for my app is wasting . here are the screenshot of my app  

I have placed two banner ads at these positions and a interstial ad on webviewer loaded after button clicks ... Hope to get a solution of this . Thankyou
