Sorry for the delay, as you can imagine there is a bit going on here with Google I/O but I have reached out to an engineer to get an update.

The engineer advised me that for your provided ad unit ID, he does not see any rewarded video completed events in our logs, which are necessary to trigger the rewarded SSV callback.

Have you run through a rewarded video to completion? If yes, can you provide us with charles logs for your test runs so we can diagnose whether rewarded video complete is  being sent?

My app users report to me that they have completed several ads but no reward. I have checked my server log without any callback in it. Could you guide me on how to provide logs?

As I know from here. I can't use the test unit id in the article since I don't know where I can config the callback address for that special unit id. So, please help.

Hi,

I am also facing the same error with new Rewarded APIs. For Android it is working fine but for iOS I am not getting any SSV calls. I have set the user id in ServerSideVerificationOptions. Old API GADRewardBasedVideoAd is working fine, I think the issue is only with the new API GADRewardedAd.

Hi,

I want to let you know I can get callback now and I have switched RewardedAd back to RewardedVideoAd

For others, please use your unit id (not the test one) but with simulator to test the server callback.
