No ads showing up in Apps.. Android or iOS. Blank banner

App was build on iBuildapp.com and published through them. I included my publisher ID and set up my admob account.

What am I missing? How do I get ads to show up and start making money?

Please confirm that you're using an ad unit ID and not what the new AdMob calls a "publisher ID". See if the pitfall in this post applies to you.
