I ask why on the page https://developers.google.com/admob/unity/quick-start?hl=es

In requirements it says that it has to be a version prior to Unity 2019.

where can i download an updated version of admob for unity 2022.2.2f1?

Based on our documents prerequisites, the version of the Unity plugin should be compatible to any unity editor version as long as it is unity 2019 or Higher. You can download the most updated version of AdMob for Unity here.
