Mediation Issues with Facebook Audience Network and Applovin - reg

Hi

We have integrated FB and Applovin SDKs on our apps for mediation. 200000+ requests already sent to FB and no ads served.

Applovin shows ad requests are filled and ads are served. But when we checked our apps we found that no ads served by FB or Applovin.

Could you help us to resolve this problem?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you please share your Ad unit Ids which are configured with the two mediation networks (Applovin and FAN) along with the complete device logs? Also, send us a sample app with your implementation for us to take a look and investigate further. You can share the details using "Reply Privately to Author" option.

Hi Navitha,

Thanks for sharing the logs and sample app. The file that you have sent is corrupted and I was not able to extract it. Please send a zipped sample app and I'll debug that further. Also, it looks like you are not requesting both AppInstall and Content Native Ads when using FAN. The AdRequest will not go through if you do not include both these Native AdTypes when making an AdRequest via FAN.

Hi Navitha,

Thanks for sharing the additional details. The SampleAdapter.MediationExtrasBundleBuilder that you are referencing to is to used when having Custom Events for unsupported AdNetworks mediating through our SDK. FAN and Applovin are both under our supported AdNetworks and I would suggest that you go through our implementation guidelines here - 

• Applovin: Android guidelines
• FAN: Android guidelines

Can you try again with this sample app and let us know? Please note that for FAN ads, you might have to map the assets directly.
