An unknown error occurs when adding Meta ad Placement as a source to mediation group

Hi,

I am attempting to setup a mediation group for Interstitial ads, i created the mediation group and added an Interstitial Adunit to it. I have prepared a placement in Meta back office and i tried adding it as a source for bidding in the Interstitial ads mediation group. Whenever i do that i get a message for "An error ocurred" with no details as to what the error is. Any idea what we can do fix/troubleshoot the issue?

Note that we already have a mediation group setup for RewardedAds and that is working as intended, so partnership setup and GDPR compliance is already ready and working.

Could you confirm whether you have followed all the steps to Integrate Meta Audience network with bidding?

Upon review of the AdMob account, it was noted that the Meta Audience Network was not initialized for the Interstitial ad unit ID.

Kindly note that our support channel can only best assist you with regards to Google Mobile Ads SDK implementation and technical issues.

The best way to get more information about your issue is the AdMob Help Center. You can also utilize the AdMob Communities for additional support.

The setup of the interstitial mediation is now successful, i didn't change anything. So it was either an issue with Meta or Admob backend.
