Ads are not showing on my app

I have successuflly implemented banner ads and Interstitial ads and everything works fine on test but my app has been on production for the past 3month and i have users using my app but this app is not able to generate even 0.01 a day. the GDPR is well implemented and it works fine. Please look into this for me.
