admob ads close prematurely when back button is pressed

I have implemented admob interstial and video ads, when video or interstial ad is playing and user clicks on back button it is closing ad prematurely in Kotlin

Please note that we couldn't reproduce the issue you're experiencing in our sample application, when using the test IDs. Would you be able to test this sample application and determine if you encounter the same issue?

app ID
ad unit ID
