Until now, ads were being displayed through AdMob, but they have suddenly stopped. I haven't made any changes to the code. Occasionally, about once in 20 times, an ad will appear.

The error message is as follows:

```
Error Domain=com.google.admob Code=1 "Request Error: No ad to show." UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Request Error: No ad to show., gad_response_info=  ** Response Info **
    Response ID: (null)
    Network: (null)
Hi,
Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK support team.
Kindly make sure that you have followed the iOS implementation guidelines. This is more of an Ad serving concern rather than anything specific to the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK.
Please use the following help center article to understand Common reasons for ads not showing and use the Can't See Ads Troubleshooter to debug the issue.
If the issue still persists, could you provide the below information via reply privately to the author option. So, we can review the account and provide you with an update.
  • app ID
  • ad unit ID
  • Mobile Ads SDK Version being used
This message is in relation to case "ref:!00D1U01174p.!5004Q02s0J2r:ref" (ADR-00229068)
Thanks,
Google Logo Mobile Ads SDK Team
========
I've revisited the guidelines and reviewed my implementation, but everything seems to be in order.
Additionally, the Can't See Ads Troubleshooter suggested I contact the support team, so I would like you to take a look at the details using my account information.
App ID: xxxxxxxxxx
adUnitId: xxxxxxxxxx
Mobile Ads SDK Version being used: xxxxxxxxxx
Thank you in advance.
I'm not sure if this is related, but I'd like to share something.
This issue started after we began using AdMob to display ads, and recently, we changed the app name on the app store.
Could this change be related to the issue?
Hi,
Upon checking your account with the provided information, we found an “Ad serving is limited” issue in the policy center, which must be resolved. It is currently limited because of invalid traffic concerns.
What you can do:
In the event that the name of the app has been modified in the app store, it is imperative to ensure that the same name is reflected in AdMob. This is because if we were to check with the previous name of the application in AdMob, there is a possibility that you would encounter complications. It is important to note that the bundle identifier cannot be altered, which means that all builds associated with that bundle identifier will remain linked to the newly renamed application.
This seems to be a serving issue rather than something specific to the Mobile Ads SDK. The next step for you would be to reach out to the Product Support Team as they are better equipped to address your concern and provide further assistance.
I mistakenly replied to the sender instead of 'Reply All.' I will post the content of the email here.
Thank you for your reply. When I checked earlier, the restrictions were lifted, but the ads are still not appearing.
Regarding this issue, it seems unrelated to the restrictions; the ads have stopped showing, and I would like to resolve the root cause. The timeline is as follows:
  1. 1. Ads were being displayed normally.
  2. 2. Despite not making any changes to the app, the ads stopped being displayed.
  3. 3. While investigating the cause of the ads not being displayed, I accidentally clicked on my own ad in the simulator, which resulted in a restriction being applied.
  4. 4. The restriction has been lifted, but the ads are still not appearing.
I look forward to your assistance.
Hi,
Since you have stated that the ads are displaying successfully in the app, I can confirm that the Mobile Ads SDK is integrated correctly. As you mentioned, ads recently stopped showing. I ran our Google sample project with your app ID and ad unit ID and I was also not able to receive ads with no ads to show error message. Upon further investigation, this seems to be a serving issue rather than something specific to the Mobile Ads SDK. I would recommend that you reach out to the Product Support Team, as they are better equipped to address your query.
Hello, thank you for getting in touch.
I understand that there seems to be no issue on the Mobile Ads SDK side. I was planning to contact the Product Support Team using the URL you provided, but I get an error message saying, "Something went wrong. Please try again." and I cannot proceed further.
I would appreciate it if you could inform me about how to contact them.
Thank you.
