AdsMob Problem

I am facing a problem with AdMob.

When I am testing ads display in our test devices with ads test ID, but when I put the production ID and put it on the release to store, ads doesnt display.

Since you have stated that the test ads are displaying in test devices, I can confirm that the Mobile ads sdk is integrated correctly. Please use the following help center article to understand Common reasons for ads not showing and use the Can't See Ads Troubleshooter to debug the issue and troubleshoot ad unit by reviewing the ad request and response(Android, iOS) to identify a failure, or share the ad request and response with us. Can you please confirm whether the mentioned issue is replicating in our Google samples Android or iOS? if so, kindly provide the below information via the reply to author option for further investigation:

• app ID
• ad unit ID
• Mobile ads SDK version being used
• Charles proxy logs
