Duplicate ? Publisher IDs

I had AdMob integrated and working well (generating $100 per monthly) on an app. Suddenly it has disappeared from my google account and I have been assigned a new publisher ID with all access to the previous publisher ID stripped. It appears there are two Publisher IDs. How do I get back to the original? Google AdMob support is absolutely abysmal with no contact information. Please contact me ASAP.
