Bug: Admob Rewarded video with Instant App

Hello,
Loading the rewarded video has caused the app to crash on all tested Android devices for Instant Apps.

Android OS level: 14
Device/emulator: Pixel 6 Pro

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open attached project in Android Studio.
2. Change applicationId, AD_UNIT_ID and TEST_DEVICE_HASHED_ID for your test environment.
3. Launch the app as an Instant App.
4. The crash occurs after calling RewardedAd.load.

This app is an example app for testing rewarded videos for AdMob from here (https://github.com/googleads/googleads-mobile-android-examples/tree/main/kotlin/admob/RewardedVideoExample), modified to run as Instant App.
