eCPM about 0 $

Hi,

Please tell me why our account has such a low eCPM for android interstetial and rewarded? Almost equal to $ 0. Maybe something is wrong with the account? Some time ago admob was not configured correctly and requests were sent incorrectly, maybe something related to this?

Now we use mediation through the appodeal and everything works correctly, that's just eCPM 0 $, although there are impressions and clicks. Technical support appodeal advised me to contact you, since they themselves do not understand why eCPM is so low and suggest that there is some kind of problem with the admob account itself.

At the same time, in other networks we have $ 3-8 eCPM.
