Fast load video rewarded Admob and Android Studio. Help!!

Hello I have a problem, if you can help me solve, I have a project where I have videos rewarded by admob. Everything goes well but I have a small inconvenience.

The videos load when I start the app, but it takes me 20 seconds to load it. That's a long time and I want it to load in a few seconds. How can I make it take less?

When I finish loading the video I see it. When finished viewing another video is loaded but this one if it loads super fast, in 1 second it is already loaded. How can I make it load as fast as I can when I start the app?

Another problem I have is that some of my users do not upload the videos, they get Rewarded Video Ad Failed To Load, because it could happen? Only happens to some.

Hi there,

This sounds like a networking issue. When loading a rewarded video, you need to consider the time it takes to request the ad from the server and the time it takes to display the video to the user. What you can control on your end is the amount of time it takes before you display the pre-loaded videos or the interval time for requesting ads.

As for failing to load ad, there are some instances where in the ad request was successful but there are no more available ads from the third party network. One solution to this is to mediate to more third-party ad networks to have more ad networks to pull ads from.

In any case, I would suggest you to recheck on a different and faster network and also use our sample apps to see if you are able to load any faster.

Well I have looked at the examples and I have the same, and I have added 3 networks of third parties. Even so it still takes me 20 seconds to load the ads.

Hi there,

This sounds like a slow network issue. Connect to a faster network and try again. Also, add the Reward Video callbacks to see if there is any particular issue that you might be overlooking.
