My AdMob account failed identity verification. I have tried following all the Help Center steps, including the Identity Verification Troubleshooter. However, I’m only redirected to the generic https://support.google.com/admob/gethelp page, where no “Contact Us” form appears — only help articles and community links.
I understand identity verification is required, but I would like to re-attempt the verification or speak with someone to clarify the issue. I’m using my real and valid documents, and I believe there may have been a mistake or mismatch.
Can someone from the AdMob support team please help me with:
Reopening the identity verification process
Or explaining the reason it failed?
