Close button not working - frozen - unresponsive - unreactive

Hi, 

I have an app called Mine Squad.

The ads are now playing after my app got verified. 
But the [X] close ad - r get reward button is not working at all. 
The full screen ad cannot be closed, and the reward cannot be given, rendering my app un-usable since you need to watch ads to get credits to play. 

I have tried many fixes including top bar advertised online, updated to latest sdk package 12.13.0 and feel now very much out of option. 

The "Get" button is interactive and leads to its app, but the X does nothing. 
Can someone help me fix this please?
