Payment question - minimum threshold, is it $20 or $100?

In the new AdMob interface, under Account -> Payments -> Payment Settings -> Schedule Payment, it says there is a $100 minimum. I heard from someone else that the minimum is actually $20 if you use PayPal, so I did some research to verify that and found this: http://www.admob.com/home/payment

Is that $20 minimum accurate? And if so, why does it say $100 on the new AdMob site?

Please review the AdMob Help Center for information on payments. It's possible that the limits are different on the old vs new system, but the technical support team managing this forum doesn't have all the answers to product-related questions.
