Admob Account Cancelled

Hi, hope all is well,
My name is Ali Asghar i was created a admob account few 1 week ago and i am a app developer, but 2 days ago unfortunately my son canceled my ADMOB account by mistake while using computer, now i am very depressed and i am in pain as well as about my future, i have passion to work with google and admob. Now it's showing me an error "you cannot use AdMob at this time". and here is the screenshot from last 2 days i try every possible way to contact Admob support but unfortunately i always failed including this link also Official Support Page  and its only providing me a option of  "Ask the help Community " and Contact Us option is not working for me. and its not providing me any option to contact admob support. Kindly resolve this issue and recover my admob account. I will be very thankful.

To start with we want to let you know that this forum is for helping people who are having issues with implementing the SDK into their app. With that being said, it looks like you are having issues with your account being cancelled. For this we would suggest reaching out to our Product Support Team , as they gave the tools to help you with this.

but on that page I don't have any contact us option, its just show me to ask with community, I am really worried, kindly kindly try to help me to recover my account

Hi SOftPerl,
 

As stated previously the Product Support Team is able to help resolve this issue for you. At the same time you should be able to find an email that mentions your account being cancelled and they should be able to help you with that. But we are unable to do anything account related.

what should I do if I am unable to contact Product Support I just have the option to ask from the community and I don't have an option to contact directly to AdMob support to resolve my issue. at least provide me any solution

Hi SoftPerl,

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately we do not have access to the accounts information so we are unable to do anything about restoring it. The other issue is that if the account has been completely disabled and deleted? Then it is gone with no recovery. From what you are saying it would seem your account might have had a block put on it. I can suggest that you look through your emails to see anything about it being cancelled or disabled. As well as reach out to the appeals to see if they can help.

but i also try from the above appeal forum, i am unable to send my appeal for above link, atleast you can forward my concern to the relevant department so i can gain my account access again

Hi SoftPerl,

Thank you for the response. Can you share with us more information about your account so that we can see what we can do. But also know that we do not handle account based issues. As mentioned you should have some email or something showing that the account was deleted. If you can also share that with us this would help to see what we can do.
