Ads not showing, match rate dropped to 0

I'm having an issue with my admob match rate, it dropped from 100% to 0 for some reason, and it has been like that for a few days.

MY account is new, I started serving ads in October 12. Everything was fine at first, no changes to implementations were made, not even tests ads in my phone are working.

Details:

1: I'm serving rewarded ads
2: My address has not been verified yet (still waiting for it)
3: There are not blocking controls configured
4: I have the app-ads.txt found and verified
5: App status says ready.
6: eCPM was really high when I started with the ads serving (always over 50), it dropped to 32 after the issue started and now is in 0.

I'm not sure if I have to wait, or what, there is no message about this low match rate in my account.

Hi Yorki,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your issue. In looking over this, it would seem that this can be due to one of two things. The first is that this is a new app and for that we suggest checking out this link . As it talks about reasons for ads to be limited. Also we suggest contacting our Product Support Team , as this looks to be more of an issue with ad serving, since you said that test ads and your ads were good up until recently. This would again point to something on the ad serving side.

I saw the link before (where you say that the app is new), it doesn't apply to me, since I was serving ads just fine, I even got to several dollars by the end of the month, because at first, It was working just fine.

The other link about contacting the product support team, just gives me a link to create a post to contact other community members "LIKE ME", so no direct contact with AdMob team.

I decided to wait a few days since I was reading about that, but here we are, 2 weeks later and nothing has changed. I still get 0 impressions and 0 match rate. I'm not overly concerned right now because the app is in beta, but I will soon (less than a month) post it and I was hoping to solve this before that happens.

If you have any other recommendations please feel free to let me know..

Thank you for reaching out to us.

With regard to your concern, please do note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server (E.g: AdMob), and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control on fill rate / match rate of your app. You may check this match rate article and optimization tips that can help you regarding this. That said, we would recommend raising this to our Product Support team instead. The product specialist there should be able to assist you further on this. We hope that you get a positive response from them the soonest time possible.
