1.several sync bugs in v0.95 were found and fixed.

a. in sync,client don't up load new calendar to server well.(v0.90
work well)
b.event not be sync if use "quick add".
c.sync may misjudge(20% chance) its finish sync, and skip last 1
calendar.




2. proxy supported. (but not tested).

I just found Indy HTTP component seem support Proxy,

So i put the value into that component,
but i am not sure is it work well.

Please tell me do it work well , if you need using Proxy server to
sync.
and the type of server you using:
A). Proxy server with User Id and password needed.
B). Proxy Server without User Id and password needed.
