Designer Run schedule for Good Person

Hi All,

We'd love to change the second designer run (the first is February 6th at 8pm) to Friday February 15th instead of Saturday February 16th. We would then want to begin tech on Saturday the 16th, and you would still have Sunday the 17th as a day with no actors in the space to do any work/notes that you need to do.

Can anyone NOT be there Friday night the 15th?

Ok, thanks! Friday's rehearsal is schedule from 5-11- the run would probably be around 7:30 or 8. Saturday's rehearsal is 10-3, with the run probably starting around 11ish. Christie, correct me if you're thinking different times for the potential runs. Thanks!

Hi all- to clarify, there will be a run either Friday OR Saturday, at one of the times indicated. IF we run Friday night, we'll begin tech on Saturday, so it would be great if designers were there. Thanks!

Hi Silvia and Everyone,

So I think we will plan on having the second designer run Friday February 15th. We will probably begin the run around 7:30pm.  This means we will want to begin tech on Saturday, 10am-3pm. So we'll need designers here Friday night 7:30-10:30pm and Saturday 10am-3pm. 

Sunday will be an actor free day in the space. So, IF you would like to come in and work on any notes that you have for yourself after watching the designer run, the space will be free for that.

Hi Amanda,

Alix was wondering if there was room in the costume budget for the final
scene with the gods - to make cloud cloaks - something like attached. I
am able to paint fabric, and Alix can do the rigging - but she was
wondering if they could be sewed by costume. It would be best if this
was in three pieces - rather than one big piece as it is in the picture
- so it can be hung around the sprinkler pipes.

I still have to find accessories this weekend and buy the light grey fabric for the costumes.  We may not have all that much left in the budget for capes.  But, I'll know better after this weekend, hopefully.

 

Lolli will probably not be available to sew capes/ponchos.  She only has time to dedicate to the jumpsuits.

 

If we're doing any kind of sewing onto the jumpsuits, we'll have to do it ourselves...I don't sew, so either I have to learn real fast, or we'll need to ask someone else to help out.
