Dear Cast and Crew,
SHOES/KEEPING THE FLOOR CLEAN
Amanda and I spent a lot of time today cleaning the space, including vacuuming. DO NOT wear dirty, wet street shoes beyond the wood/cardboard barrier I set out between the space next to the entryway and the stage/backstage space. Please wear either socks or bring a second pair of shoes. For the cast, Silvia will be bringing your costume shoes by the theatre around 7 tonight so you can start to wear those, but she will not be there in time for the 6pm start. This is both for the comfrot of the cast and the aesthetic concerns of having a white stage that gets dirty very easily.
The only area some of you go that I did not vacuum is behind the backdrop - please be careful back there.
MOVING THINGS IN THE SPACE
Over the next few days, we will be working out the best placement for prop/set items when they are offstage. Please do not move these unless I or stage management have specifically told you to. We set up a bunch of chairs backstage that should stay where they are unless we tell you otherwise.
MAKEUP
Cast, on Saturday, please bring any of the following that you already possess:
- makeup brushes
- black eye pencil
- red and/or bright pink lipstick
- any makeup they have that matches your color palate (see attached document)
TRANSITIONS
If you haven't looked over Amanda's transition document yet, do it now!!!
