Hello lovely cast! It was suggested that in order to speed up transitions, we CUT one of the shelves from the shop shelving unit. This would mean the shelves consist of 3 layers instead of 4. I would like to try this out tonight.

Also, Hana would like to come in and get some photos of folks in their full make-up and accessories before the show. This does mean I would need some people each night to be in full makeup and costume by half hour. I will find out from her when the times are she can come in and schedule a certain number of people to be ready by half-hour for those days.

We may also schedule a BRIEF photo call next weekend as we did not have the full accessories ready by our dress rehearsal photos. I'll update you when I know exactly when that would happen.

Finally, for the upstage screen. If the screen is placed flush against the pole when you set it and people are very gentle on the upstage door, it should stay in place. So please, do not knock hard on the upstage door, do not lean against the upstage poles, and be gentle when opening and closing the upstage door. I will work on making the screen more stable, but because the door is attached to the frame in that case, it is inherently less stable than the others.

Thanks all!  I'll see you in a few hours.

Amanda
