Lap Swim 7 am- 8 am Washington Park Pool

Does anyone have experience with the lap swim program at the outdoor  Washington Park Pool?  (Mon - Fri, 7 am - 8 am)

Only experience meeting a few lappers as they come out and we prepare to enter for Aerobics at 8:15.  I love the pool itself, especially when the sun is shining.
