Hello all,
Below are links to a movie trailer and invitation to the February 29 film premiere, for “Sustainable,” a film about the food system. Please feel free to pass on the invitation. This film was supported by people active in Chicago’s food community, so it’s quite home-grown! And it features local luminaries Marty and Will Travis from Spence Farm, Greg Wade from Public Quality Bread, and Rick Bayless, as well as national trail blazers Dan Barber, Mark Bittman and Fred Kirschenmann.
