Not totally sure but I would suggest starting with Caroline Malcolm at caroline@farmaid.org she is the coordinator for the Concert's Home Grown Village.

When Farm Aid was in St. Louis in 2009 - we were able to help some of the farmers with stands generate more revenue by helping them with making roasted corn, caramel apples and applesauce for refreshments at the concert. We also created and displayed a poster at our education booth that showed how far the food traveled from the farm to food processing at St. Louis University for the Healthy Eating with Local Produce (HELP) grant.

It is definitely a worthy event to devote your time, meet people and develop partnerships in the local food movement.
