It gives me immense pleasure to cordially welcome Brig (r) Saleem Moeen as the Vice Chairman - I. T. Support of the Central Advisory Committee on National Reforms of the Good Governance Forum.

Mr Saleem Moeen was the founding chairman of NADRA for 7 years turning a zero-sum organization into a giant enterprise of our national pride. Currently, he the CEO of SecureTech Consultancy in Islamabad.

Mr Saleem Moeen is an IT expert with unmatched knowledge and hands-on experience in turning complex ICT, e-governance and large-scale turnkey solutions into success stories. He has vast experience in carrying out successfully many ICT related state of the art projects including but not limited to Designing, Developing and Implementing ICT Infrastructure, Creation of Data Centres and Customer Relationship Management Systems and Implementation of Data networks and Customer Contact Centres, 

SecureTech Consultancy that Mr Saleem Moeen heads as its CEO has also implemented the biometric enrolment software, which includes, all 10 Fingerprints, IRIS and Photograph and its central database, with instant issuance of a debit card that will be verified through a customised state of the art document management system, for International Smart Card,who are mandated for the distribution of Government grants, pensions, poverty alleviation programs etc through two government banks. The customer payment is through agents spread over the entire country having biometric enabled POS terminals. 

Mr Saleem Moeen has successfully designed and executed a Smart Card based end to end Registration. verification and access cobtrol project as CEO SecureTech Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd for the Pakistan Army. 

Mr Saleem Moeen will, undoubtedly, play a pivotal role in helping the federal, provincial and district governments in Pakistan to implement reforms being envisaged by the Good Governance Forum through its Central Advisory Committee on National Reforms. He will form the sub committee on implementing the national reforms in coordination with the authorities concerned.

Good Governance Forum is the first and only interactive think tank on governance in Pakistan, founded by the public citizen Mumtaz A. Piracha in 2007. Its 11,000 network members include academia, advocates, businessmen and industrialists, civil servants, diplomats, journalists and anchors, military officials, parliamentarians, professionals.
