Dear Readers:
Sorry it's been so long since the last newsletter, but I've been busy
writing the next book. The end is finally in sight and I can come up
for air. As always, thank you for your fantastic support. I couldn't
do this without you.
Happy Birthday to everyone. You just keep getting better and better.
Happy belated Mother's Day. I don't know of anything more stressful or
more rewarding. And by the way, you don't have to be the biological
mother to qualify as a mother. If you've touched a life, you qualify.
You and No Other made best-selling lists at Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
This wouldn't have happened without you. Brandon's story, Irresistible
You is next. He's a goner and doesn't suspect a thing. Ruth was truly
underhanded this time. You'll meet several new characters that I hope
you'll want to hear more about. Let me say they're tall, dark,
handsome and dangerous. Just the kind of men we like to see strong
women bring to their knees.
Next is Any Rich Man Will Do, due out in October. I'm eager to see how
readers react to bad girl Jana who is down on her luck and looking for
a man to take care of her. What she finds is so much better..
I'm happy to announce that with the release of Any Rich Man I'll
continue to contribute a portion of my royalties to The Turning Point
Legal Defense Fund. Although none of the characters are directly
affected by domestic violence, a life-changing awareness of what women
go though is a turning point for Jana. October is National Domestic
Violence Month. The hot-line is 1-800-799-7233.
I just learned that Like The First Time is going to be published in
Turkey. I know; my mouth fell open as well. I'm eager to see what the
cover looks like. Speaking of covers, Thorndike Press Large Print put
new covers on Someone to Love Me and I Know Who Holds Tomorrow.
They're beautiful and expensive at $29.95. Thorndike hard cover books
are in the library. Please ask you librarian to order one or try
interlibrary loan if you'd like to see one.

2006 promises to be a busy year as well. Perhaps by the end of the
year I'll have release dates and titles to share with you. In the
meantime, know that you have truly been a blessing to me. I begin
traveling and promoting my books the end of May with a trip to New York
City and BookExpo. Hopefully, I'm coming to a city near you. Please
check my web site at www.francisray.com . I'd love to meet you.
Hugs and blessings,
Francis
