My Brothers!
It has been awhile since I've emailed you all! I miss you all very much. I wanted to comment on today's QT. Please read it first. This is the first Psalm in the Bible and it comes with power and speaks about the true way. It speaks of blessing for those who have made a choice and not only that but are delighted with that choice! And we see what God does for His people. I want you all to focus on the part of the verse that says "He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water." Notice that the word planted is capitalized. We must be rooted in our God. Not here and there but rooted. If we are rooted there is the question of where to go for nourishment or for our needs. Our rivers will provide for us! Jesus is our water of life and we shall not thirst. If you take a second to go to Jeremiah 17:7-8 you will see that when we are planted in Jesus we shall not have fear nor shall we be anxious for the Lord will provide for us. Lastly just remember though that the most noted tree in the Bible is the Cross! When you are planted in Him there will be hardships but have no fear for our Lord will provide.
Just wanted to share some of the message that God gave me this AM. We need more small groups (not cowbell shoosha..haha). Im glad to see UMBC started and God willing College Park will begin also. For those who are off either campus let us try to meet Fridays before Bible Study. Email me and let me know if that works.
