Rich countries should relax their immigration laws

I am trying to brainstorm reasons to agree and disagree. Please help me!   Evaluate the above conclusion (also known as a belief or thesis). Reasons Reasons to agree: Rich countries should help poor countries. It helps poor countries to let people leave that country, and go to richer countries. Some poor countries don't have enough natural resources to support their population.  Libertarianism principles say that people should be able to do what they want. If someone wants to leave a poor country and go to a rich country, they should be able to.  We should do things that help the most number of people.  Freedom is good. People should be able to vote with their feet. Reasons to disagree: Poor people should stay in their own country, and fix their problems, instead of going to rich countries.  We should help poor countries fix their problems, instead of just taking all their citizens. If all the poor people were allowed to leave poor countries, they would make all the rich countries poor. Allowing poor countries to unload all their criminals on Rich nations is unfair.  Allowing poor countries to unload all their uneducated peasants on rich countries is unfair.  We should do things that respect national boundaries.  Countries are important. Borders are important. Within the boarders of a country, people should be able to vote with their feet.
