Potato Salad #1 - a Kansas-German recipe
Serves 6.

2 cups diced, cooked potatoes
1/2 cup diced sweet pickles
1 small onion, cut fine
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2 cup diced celery
2 Tbsp sweet pickle juice
1 tsp French mustard
salt and pepper
Enough Miracle Whip or heavy cream to suit your taste.
Mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
