Green Beans in Beef Stock
Serves 8.
70 Calories, 6 grams net carbs, 3 grams fat per serving.

2 pounds fresh green beans
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups beef bouillon or broth
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon sucralose
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 small piece summer savory
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Wash beans, break off tips, and remove strings.
Cut or in 4 pieces each. (usually about an inch) Place in saucepan with butter and beef broth.
Cook covered until tender (usually about 25 minutes).
Add more broth if necessary.
When nearly done, sprinkle beans with flour, sugar, salt, and vinegar.
Cook uncovered for a few minutes.
Sprinkle with savory and parsley before serving.
