Shrimp and Pineapple Salad
Serves 4.

1 cup shrimp, boiled and shelled
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp paprika
4 Tbsp French dressing
lettuce
Combine shrimp, pineapple, salt and paprika.
Mix well.
Chill thoroughly.
When ready to serve, mix with French dressing.
Arrange on lettuce leaves.
