Sweet Corn Fritters
Serve this with slices of lemon or tomato sauce on the side.
You will likely be able to get more than 2 servings from this. I've based the number of servings on the amount of corn in the recipe.
Makes 2 servings

2 Tbsp of flour
1 cup of milk
2 eggs, well beaten
pepper
salt
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
8 oz of sweet corn kernels
fat for frying
Make a batter of the flour, milk, and the eggs.
Add the seasoning and the sweet corn.
Have some oil boiling in the frying-pan.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the boiling fat.
Fry the fritters to a golden brown.
