Changes in 3.5.1

Issue 91: oauth_db_filename in config file has been broken since 3.5
Issue 92: AttributeError: module 'xdg' has no attribute 'XDG_CONFIG_HOME'
Bumped minimum required versions for some dependencies

Please also note that I'm looking for someone who is interested in taken over the maintenance of GooBook. It's not much work but I haven't been using GooBook myself for some years so it's a bit hard to find motivation.
