New issue 38 by bar.hof...@safe-t.com: Goobook gives config error
http://code.google.com/p/goobook/issues/detail?id=38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configured the .goobookrc as it should
2. Installed on Ubuntu 13.04, using easy_install, version 1.4
3. did a query on my mail "goobook query bar.h...@safe-t.com"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This is what I get :"Configuration error: Failed to execute configuration
generator: /home/unshadow/.goobookrc -- [Errno 8] Exec format error"

Please provide any additional information below.

This is my config file:

[DEFAULT]
email: bar.h...@safe-t.com
password: ***********
max_results: 9999
cache_filename: /home/unshadow/.goobook_cache
cache_expiry_hours: 24

You most likely have exec rights on the config file

chmod a-x ~/.goobookrc

should solve the problem.

When there is x rights on the config file it is expected to be a program
that generates the configuration instead of the configuration itself.

Closing this issue as invalid, but please reopen if you have the problem
even
without execute permissions on the config file.
