Monday Wednesday Friday - Lifting from 3p - 4p
Open Mats // Freestyle Practice
Monday Wednesday - 645p-815p
Sunday - Time determined weekly
This schedule will be active until Final Exams begin. (Last workout will be Friday May 17, 2013)
Lifting/Wrestling wil resume on the June 3rd.
