Good evening!

Each of the boys (including seniors) will need to contact me directly by text to schedule a mandatory exit interview for the season.  

Your sons should be prepared to answer the following questions:

- How do you think our season went as a collective?

- What could you have improved on?

- What could your coaches have improved on?

- How would you rate your personal effort?

- What would you change about the program?

- What would you definitely keep the same about the program?

- How committed are you to being a champion in the off season?

- Any feedback for coaches...

The format is relaxed but I definitely want to touch on all of the above points.  Thanks for your time.
