Guidance for contributing to gonum

My name is Arun Das, and I’m a backend developer with a focus on Golang. I’m eager to contribute to the Gonum project and improve my skills by working on some mid-level issues.

Since I’m relatively new to contributing to open-source projects, I’m reaching out to ask for your guidance. If anyone can point me towards some suitable issues or areas of the project that could use attention, I would greatly appreciate it. I’m particularly interested in contributing to areas that involve matrix operations, statistical functions, or optimization algorithms, but I’m open to any suggestions.
