Gonum next version ?

hi there,

I am about to tag a new version of Go-HEP and I was wondering
where we were standing with regard to releasing a set of new versions
for Gonum and gonum/plot ?

not much happened on the gonum/plot front but that isn't the case for
Gonum.

as per our release schedule, we could cut a new one.

thoughts ?
