reduced availability

Hi Everyone,

From 6 September I will be working in a non-scientific computing
context. This will have an impact on my capacity to contribute to Gonum
for the foreseeable future, taking it to a hobby level involvement
rather than something that is part of my work.

I still intend to be involved, particularly in graph-related packages
and helping with linalg components (and probably release management
which is generally fairly light and is infrequent), but availability
will be significantly reduced for issue triage, bugfixes and PRs.
