Autoscroll too fast

Hello,

The auto scroll feature is cool but, it scrolls too fast and is
virtually impossible to stop and drop an element in the middle of the
list. I tried to sleep the thread after a scroll in DragDrop.Scroll
but that sleeps the UI thread which is a bad idea. How can we
autoscroll in a more controlable way?
