Changes:
Fixed a bug which caused prepared statements without any field packets
to hang.
Notes:
Tom had an accident with the Git version control causing us to skip
version 0.2.11, hence we're asked Github for a feature to ban his
write access to the repo between 10pm and 8am Australian time, however
we're not hopeful of this being implemented any time soon and can't
promise it won't happen again, plus as Australian's are drunk most of
the time anyway it probably won't make any difference :)
