GoMLX v0.28.0 Summer Release

 One of the largest releases.

•  Updated APIs: fixes to pain points collected over time, modernized API; Includes a migration tool to convert to v0.28.x;  
• gomlx.github.io  : New documentation site, now easier than ever to learn GoMLX; 
• Backends: more SIMD (experimental) and fusion in the Go backend; flash-attention on XLA+CUDA; 
• Interoperation: The go-huggingface project has been expanded to support even more Hugging Face models, making it easier to pull in Safetensors and run them directly.
• Machine Learning: gradient checkpointing, better LLM generator, KVCache, nn.SoftCap, activation.SwiGLU, Dynamic Tanh normalizer; etc.
• Agentic Skills: `.agents/skills/golang-gomlx/` provided, so your AI to do the heavy lifting for you.
