I have a paid personal account and the live chat button is available to me for support. Unfortunately when I chose the button for English nothing happens at all. Does anyone know how to use live chat? I have tried it in Chrome, Internet Explorer and incognito, nothing.

No error. It just doesn't do anything when I click on it.
My issue is that I want to switch my billing from annual to monthly, but there is no option to do so in my settings. Even the instructions in your knowledge base are inaccurate, as what they describe does not exist.

Hi @EricaTeitelbaum There are actually two chat windows in Teams Live Events: one for the producer to communicate with the presenter, and the meeting chat for audience members to submit questions and/or the producer to transmit one-way communications out to the audience.
@ThereseSolimeno that's not really an intuitive chat panel. Ideally, it'd be great to have a chat panel that's separate from Q&A, just like is available in Teams Webinars. And it's SO important to have the ability to disable anonymity with Q&A. I understand I can just dismiss those questions, but as event producers, we should have some ability to control / decide that.
From the first message, I responded that I would like to chat with someone. They then ask for context to my issue, to which I said I have an existing customer support issue. The chat then tells me to email customer support and then stops the chat. I cannot reply to the chat any more, even if I refresh or go back into it from a new window. It has locked me out.
I wanted to chat with someone. I literally picked the option to chat with someone. What do I need to do to have a live chat so that I can ask my question and get clarification on some things to help better inform my ongoing conversation with customer support via email?

However, there are some people that are on a team that we want to remove from our organization without deleting their team from asana completely. No one on that team has a company email domain and they are not on a paid team. I know how to get rid of individual members, but is there a way to separate this team and everything they have on there from our organization without interrupting their team or deleting their information?

If this team needs to continue working on their task outside of your company, I would recommend them to create a new Workspace and to use Kothar to copy all projects from their team in your current Organisation to their new separate Workspace. This way their projects will still be available and actionable, but outside of your Organisation.

I dont want to divide in half my desktop screen because of the chat windows that open on the right of the video (see image below). Before the cinema mode screen of youtube was my default, but now I cant because the chat appears on the right dividing in half the screeen.
The problem is that I have to wait the chat loading to close it and then click 3 times to close the chat and resize the video to cinema mode. Who asked Brave to make that chat window open by default?

I haven`t had any problems. my moey was held before and i figured as soon as i added tracking info money was released. Is there a problem. Because to be truthful, this isnt working for me. I am selling on ebay to make some extra cash but i am paying shipping and sending item and still nothing. Also i have paypal credit for 3.000 and when i tried to make a purchase from a same store that i used paypal credit before it wouldn`t go through. Am i verified because i`ve tried to get verified and wont come up for me to do that. Please help me understand this mess.
As the buyer has not recieved their item then they get a refund. If tracking did not prove delivery of the item to the buyer then you would lose any dispute unfortunately. Hopefully if the item is not delivered it will be returned hopefully back to you.
